“ Our server, Gabe, truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of the entire time. The food was excellent. ”
“ I haven't eaten at this Lucille's in years. Most of my experience lately at this location has been take away orders for holidays/special occasions, so it was nice to finally be back to eat inside. It's New Year's Day and I wasn't expecting it to be too busy but we had a 50 min wait, even though there were plenty of open tables. I suspect they were short staffed, but I'm not complaining. It's new years and people probably took the day off. Our server looked miserable. Maybe it was a long day, maybe she had terrible customers earlier, but I felt bad for her and thanked her for working on New Years Day. We ordered the Family supper with the baby back ribs, bbq chicken, and hot sausages w/ sides of coleslaw, Mac & cheese, and baked beans. Hubby said the ribs were really good today, and the sausages were nice and spicy. I enjoyed the chicken, it was tender and tasty. Our coleslaw didn't have enough dressing and tasted dry and bland so I asked for a side of the coleslaw dressing and it fixed the situation. My favorite thing about Lucille's are the biscuits and apple butter, and the ones here are far better than the ones they serve at the Chino location when I went a few weeks back. ”
“ SO good came here for my birthday celebration and the food was perfect. The service was great & they have heaters in the enclosed patio area that make for a cozy night out. ”
“ Most of the time, I have great customer service. This time around was a bit of a rough start. I had reservations for 11am and arrived at 10:40am. I sat and waited until 11am. The hostess helped everyone else before me even though I was checked in and waiting. Turns out that even though I replied to confirm my reservation, the hostess never even checked me in. That was a bit disappointing making it feel that a reservation is useless. Food came out quickly since I came to eat before the rush of veterans on Veterans Day. My server was on point and helped me to coordinate buying a veteran a dessert. I always make it a point to appreciate the female veterans for paving the way for woman like me to serve. They made it possible to have the life I have. Food was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. Biscuits were flaky and buttery. Apple butter was a bit stiff. Southern fried chicken was cooked perfectly paired with the delicious gravy and mashed potatoes and veggies. The only feedback I have is to do better to manage the check in and reservation system since that was a problem for me on this visit. I look forward to my next visit. ”
“ I made dinner reservations on Veterans Day for my Dad's 88 yr Birthday, and he is a Navy Veteran as well! It was busy, so we didnt get seated until about 10 min past our 5pm reservation. Our server Lena did such a good job waiting on us and bringing our drinks from the bar. I ordered an Espresso Old Fashioned, which was unexpectedly delicious! My Dad and i both ordered the Texas style brisket that was incredibly tender, i could cut it with the side of my fork. The table side bbq sauce tasted so good on the brisket too! The side of melt in your mouth, mac and cheese and the sweet horseradish cole slaw complimented the meat very well. We will be coming back! ”
